From my perspective there aren't really any downsides except that certain appointment-specific notes only appear after the booking is completed. It would be more helpful if details like referral requirements or similar instructions were shown before confirming the appointment.

Booking appointments with it is very well optimized. Patients can schedule online without any hassle which makes the whole process simpler and helps cut down waiting times. On the provider side, healthcare professionals can organize and manage their consultation calendars efficiently through the platform which helps avoid scheduling conflicts. Another strong point is the notifications and reminders sent to patients since they help reduce no-shows and improve the overall efficiency of medical practices.

The part I appreciate less is the cost because the platform can be paid for healthcare professionals and the pricing may vary. Also since patients can book appointments so easily, practitioners' schedules can fill up very quickly which means careful management is needed to prevent overload issues.

Getting started with it is quick and the setup process is simple. The app is easy to navigate, it offers a solid network of doctors across the country and the appointment reminders are probably my favorite feature.

One thing that could be better is the language support since the app only offers French. It also doesn't display the doctor's location unless you go ahead and book the appointment and aside from that, I don't really have any other complaints.

It lets you look up doctors across different specialties, check their details and choose a time that works best for you. I also appreciate being able to send documents in advance which helps avoid spending too much time at the office during the appointment.

The only downside is not really the software itself but the fact that some doctors are still not listed on the platform. Aside from that, the app is simple to use and the reminders are very helpful.
