Pros
Customer service is outstanding. Their response time is fast, and they resolve issues quickly.
Cons
Anything that I do not like they can usually fix. I do not like that allergies is not visible at all times. You have to click on patient name to see this.

Pros
I've been using Trimed for over 5 years, and it's been fantastic! They are reliable and always ready to assist with any questions or suggestions. Having used a different EMR system before, I find Trimed much more user-friendly. I appreciate their support team, who are always available to help.
