One issue I have run into is with the tutorials which are either missing or won't open and this started after a Windows upgrade. I also bought the multi-user version for two users but it turns out both users have to be in the same location. I had expected to access it from both my home and the clinic but that hasn't been possible so I have been stuck carrying my laptop everywhere. Please help.
