Pros

It's surprising how little effort it takes to set up something that noticeably improves the patient experience. Having a simple, HIPAA-compliant way for patients to complete their paperwork has been a total game-changer for our team.

I've only run into a few minor issues and David addressed them very quickly. The support behind this product has been outstanding.

Pros

Right from the start the platform felt simple to use when creating documents. Duplicating forms and making small edits or adjustments to existing ones is now very simple. It has also helped a lot with scheduling new patients. The forms work exactly as needed for new patients before they even arrive for their visit.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike. David, the creator, is also very quick to respond and fix bugs whenever they come up.
