“responsive team”
Pros
Right from the start they've been very willing to work around our needs and make sure everything lines up with Pennsylvania State reporting requirements especially SHAARS. Even though we've had to work through quite a few bugs they've stayed responsive and attentive whenever issues came up.
Cons
At the moment the biggest drawback is the lack of a two way API with PowerSchool. They are actively working on it before we go live and we're hoping it performs the way it's supposed to once it's ready.

Pros
This product delivered exactly what we needed and checked every requirement we had even from the beginning. The customer support team was excellent as well helping us through each step whenever we needed assistance.
Cons
