Having everything relevant on a single page makes it stand out. I can handle more in just a few clicks and tasks like reviewing documents or sending patient messages feel simple, quick and convenient.
Cons
At this point I don't have any complaints about it. Using it has made me more efficient when supporting patients and their families, working with other staff or clients and helping our clinicians.

“patient charts at a glance”
Pros
From the moment you open a patient chart all the key information is right there which has been a huge improvement for our workflow. We no longer have to click through endless screens just to find an older chart note or a medication list. The system is very simple to figure out and being able to customize it around our clinic's needs and templates has made it even more useful. The patient issues and concerns tab has really helped our clinic too. Instead of tracking down the physician in person every time we have a question we can communicate with him anytime and from anywhere. Our team genuinely loves using it and the patients do too.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to anything negative about this software. It has made a real difference in improving how our clinic runs.
