Highly configurable EHR with excellent support

Pros

As someone who manages our team's tools, I appreciate how configurable so many parts of this product are, allowing us to tailor workflows across departments, the user interface is easy and lets staff move through tasks with minimal friction and because it's a cloud SaaS offering it's both secure and quick. The customer support and development groups are exceptional and the initial investment plus monthly fees are reasonable, while the engineering team consistently steps in to help and roll out enhancements.

Cons

We've run into a number of frustrating problems in certain billing modules that have caused our team real headaches and it often feels like the platform was originally built more for a smaller private-practice setting than for an organization of our scale and organizational complexity, although the core architecture and interface are great and have many useful design elements, we're still ironing out a handful of lingering issues, particularly with generating and handling paper statements, but I wouldn't call these problems a deal breaker.

Customizable charts that ensure compliance

Pros

What I appreciate most about this tool is how customizable it isbecause I can construct precisely the charts I need without depending on clinicians to recall every required piece of information to remain compliant, the platform itself nudges compliance automatically which makes it absolutely ideal for anyone whose role involves ensuring regulatory adherence.

Cons

For me, the visuals and overall presentation really need a refresh, I feel they look a bit dated and would benefit from a more modern design approach.

Great clinical tools with mobile access

Pros

Inclusion of ICD-10 and DSM-V within the platform significantly improves my diagnostic accuracy and aligns treatment planning and because it's a web-based app I can switch to a smartphone or tablet if a staff member's computer goes down, using it as a temporary workaround until IT resolves the issue, the integrated voice dictation cuts down documentation time considerably and since clinical forms are modularly organized into sections it's much simpler for me to adjust to evolving documentation requirements without needing to rebuild an entire form from scratch.

Adaptive tool with exceptional long-term support

Pros

As clinicians on our team, we've found this tool remarkably easy to navigate and genuinely simple and they frequently tell me how much easier it makes entering both clinical notes and billing detailsbecause of that ease, our day-to-day workflow feels smoother. For the administrative side of things, the system has been nothing short of fantastic and I can say with confidence that their development team really bent over backwards to tailor the platform to some of our more unusual requirements, while continuing to roll out updates and enhancements as our needs changed over time. Frankly, we've been very impressed by how adaptable the software is and even more so by how accessible and responsive the team has been whenever we needed them, any small internal glitches were taken care of quickly and when external challenges cropped up, like adapting to ICD-10 or addressing new billing complications stemming from that transition, their staff were instrumental in helping us sort things out. Suggestions we made to improve the overall user experience were genuinely listened to and many of those ideas were implemented rapidly which I appreciated. The platform also provides a lot of do-it-yourself customization for administrative personnel who want to handle tweaks themselves, yet the support team has always been willing and able to either guide us through changes or take the reins and implement them on our behalf. We spent several years searching for the right vendor before finding this tool and because our choice came after extensive comparisons and research, it's clear to me that the system satisfies all of our scheduling, documentation and billing requirements, while offering customer service that I consider unparalleled, so I wholeheartedly recommend this tool.

Reliable Behavioral Health Solution

Pros

This tool is to be an outstanding solution for behavioral health documentation, billing tasks and for the responsiveness of their support across every area of service, they've consistently been willing to customize the platform to meet my specific needs. After evaluating numerous different software vendors over time, I'm no longer inclined to continue hunting for alternatives because I'm genuinely satisfied with both the product and the level of service they provide.

easiest platform I've used in years

Pros

Across the many programs I've used over the years, nothing has felt as easy as this platform and I genuinely find it the easiest to navigate and operate, the IT team is consistently quick to respond when issues pop up or when I have questions and because of that reliability I've already told colleagues about it and plan to keep recommending the product to others going forward.

Cons

Since my experience has been smooth, I do not have anything to mention and there isn't anything that comes to mind that I would want to change.

Flexible forms aligned with our policies

Pros

I've been able to tweak the forms so they align with our program's policies and honestly I find there are far more advantages than drawbacks right now.

Cons

Although great tool but in my experience, whenever the forms are updated to accommodate program requirements, I can't remove the outdated versions without erasing the prior entries and work which creates a real headache.

Full patient-to-billing workflow in one system

Pros

From the front-desk screen I can check patients in and it displays a lot of useful details, flagging what's missing from their chart, showing insurance information, tracking co-pays with a record of payments and invoices I can hand to the patient and so on, while an automated reminder system both calls and texts patients about upcoming appointments, the demographic page, medication lists, diagnoses and insurance fields for each patient are easy to access which makes keeping electronic records easy and the notes are simple to enter and clear to read. I'm also able to send medications electronically, including Schedule II controlled substances and billing is easy to manage since processing claims and receiving EOBs can be done electronically which aligns things, plus I can add multiple users if I'm working in a group practice.

Cons

Nothing.... I don't really have any complaints.

aligned billing and team coordination

Pros

As a user, I've found the interface simple, user-friendly and highly effective for keeping track of claims and it also works well when coordinating a team, being able to finish paperwork and handle billing within the same application makes my workflow much smoother, so I wholeheartedly recommend this software to others.

simple tool with instant customer service

Pros

I'm really impressed that the platform is simple and easy to navigate and above all I value that Customer Service responds instantly whenever I need assistance which keeps things running smoothly.

Cons
