Pros
One thing that really sets this apart is how willing the developers have been to tailor the software to match the needs of our practice. Compared with the other options we considered, Enabledocs offered a level of customization that we just did not see elsewhere. Their customer support has also been outstanding and consistently quick to respond whenever we need help.
Cons
The only addition I'd still like to see at some point is a .dot phrase feature.
