I am highly impressed with the intuitive design of the website, which not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also significantly contributes to its user-friendly nature, making navigation and interaction effortless and enjoyable for me.

Cons

It is not, however a good venue if you need to use inventory. I have over 3000 pieces of inventory and, was never able to get it to work. Also the staff is not so great at returning phone calls or emails. I may go several days with out hearing back on an issue. It has caused a lot of frustration for a small clinic that can't afford to get behind in paper work.

Pros

I love how they create templates to suit my needs, fully customizing to my documentation methods. It's easy to transform old Word documents into point-and-click templates, add pictures, logos, and ensure a professional and readable format. My personal consultant is always responsive and available for training new staff.

Cons

I really cannot think of much I don't like. Anything I haven't liked, I've discussed with them, and they have taken care of it.

Pros

The software is easy to use and accommodates the diverse needs of several doctors in my practice. EncounterWorks allows each doctor to use their preferred charting format or a combination, and the new Rapid Notes section enables staff to create custom templates. The support team is patient and honest about the software's capabilities.

Cons

There is not really anything we do not like about the system. The scheduling feature works very well, but we are working with EncounterWorks about customizing it to allow for custom schedule building. They are great about helping us customize the system, without charging a ton of money to do it.
