Pros

Being able to send electronic prescriptions through this system saves a lot of time which has been a big plus. The EHR also gives providers a range of functions to choose from so there's a nice amount of flexibility in how it can be used.

Cons

One area that still needs work is how it handles the various CMS required QI processes since the system doesn't capture that information very efficiently right now. I have continued sharing feedback with the team in hopes of seeing improvements and upgrades in those areas.
