I genuinely enjoy how easy this tool is to use. It takes what could be complicated insurance information and lays it out in a way that's clean, clear and completely understandable.
Cons

“Checks claims and set up EFTs easily
Pros
I really like that I can check claim status and eligibility for multiple payers and providers in one place with a single login. It's also convenient for me to update provider details and set up EFT payments for certain payers without bouncing between different systems.
Cons
Every so often I run into problems where ERAs don't post correctly for certain payers in the tool. The good news is those glitches usually get resolved within a few days but I wish payer-specific functionality inside payer spaces was easier to access overall.

“Eligibility checks across payers are convenient
Pros
Being able to check eligibility across so many insurance companies is something I truly value. I also like that I can handle updates from one central spot instead of logging into separate portals.
Cons
It frustrates me that I can't verify eligibility unless I have a member ID which often blocks the process when that ID isn't available.

Pros
What stands out to me is how quickly I can confirm a patient's dental benefits. I'm also impressed by how much detailed coverage information I can pull when I need it.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't anything particular that I can think of which I dislike about the software at this time.

I appreciate that I can review patient eligibility and access claim records directly from the tool which saves me time during busy days.
Cons
However, I'm frustrated that I can't pull up detailed benefit breakdowns for patients which leaves me guessing about coverage specifics. There's also a shortage of claim details accessible for the people I care for and that gap creates extra work. On top of that, when our team requests that multiple payers be added, they often never show up in the system. I'd really like this tool to include a wider range of insurers so I wouldn't be forced to jump between so many external portals to manage patient billing.

“useful but not all-in-one solution

With this tool, I'm able to run insurance verifications, accept payments and manage claims processing all in one workflow.
Cons
like other claims and insurance processing suites, there isn't a single 'go-to' resource to confirm a patient's active status and carry out every insurance verification and related task. I do find this site useful for particular insurance lines that other platforms fail to support, yet every system I've tried has its own limitations and trade-offs.

“Clear alerts and support reduce guesswork
Pros
At a glance, I can see whether claims are going to the correct insurer and I get clear alerts about what needs to be fixed if something goes wrong. I've also had a great experience with the support team and I use the system often to verify eligibility across many plans which cuts down on guesswork for me.
Cons
We had been using it for free for quite a while for our limited needs but even now the price feels reasonable. Considering we only submit a small number of claims, it's far cheaper than other clearinghouses, so it still gives us good value without breaking the budget.

“Limited carrier coverage is frustrating
Pros
The speed really impresses me and I find it much easier to use than dealing with insurance carriers on my own. It feels far less stressful than handling everything manually.
Cons
A big downside for me is that it works only with certain carriers and leaves out others and I don't realize that limitation until I'm trying to verify a patient's insurance. I really hope they're expanding to cover more carriers soon.

Pros
When it comes to managing claims, I find the app very clear and organized. The homepage keeps everything within reach, so I can quickly check claim status, review authorizations and referrals and most importantly confirm patient eligibility. The eligibility and benefits inquiry feature is especially valuable to me because it helps me double-check accuracy and stay on top of details.
Cons
What I dislike most about this tool is how unhelpful it is when dealing with denied claims or any type of denials. I've also found their customer support falls short of top-tier assistance when I run into problems with the software. I think this platform would benefit from bolstering its help resources, improving customer support channels and adding a dedicated denials-management feature so it can better serve existing customers and attract more users.

The layout feels well organized to me and I can easily browse and locate different insurance companies without getting lost.
Cons
It frustrates me that prior authorization links typically redirect me straight to the insurer's own site, I don't see the point of offering them here if they just send you away.

Pros
Since I started using this tool for my providers, I've noticed fewer payment denials. I can verify insurance benefits before checkout and I like that major US insurers are already connected. It also makes checking claim status, reviewing payments, handling pre-op approvals and filing appeals or reconsiderations much easier for me.
Cons
From my experience over the last eight years, I sometimes run into problems getting access to the system. I've been a user for eight years and would really like them to add more insurance plans, especially state-funded programs, so those payers are covered and I can avoid gaps when checking benefits or submitting claims.

“marketed features don't work across insurers
Pros
Looking over EOBs is something I really appreciate when the feature is working properly, because it helps me stay informed about payments and adjustments.
Cons
There are far too many problems for me to list here but I'll begin by pointing out that the product markets several features that simply don't work across all insurers. In my experience, many insurance companies have no awareness of this tool, so they can't offer support when issues arise, yet the app routinely tells me to contact the insurer for resolution. I often can't locate certain claims or find associated payments which is frustrating. I used to be able to pull up out-of-state BCBS claims but that capability has disappeared. The platform also claims you can view insurance cards, though that functionality doesn't cover every payer. I'd like insurers to talk directly with providers about how the system is used and whether it causes problems, because right now there seems to be a disconnect. To me, the whole thing reads like marketing puff, the vendor pitches a more capable product than what actually performs in day-to-day use.

I'm really not a fan of this system at all. Finding my way around the tool is super difficult and feels clunky. this program gives really useful details and aligns insurance verification and billing so it's feasible. I can almost always submit authorizations and referrals from a single place which is convenient. Most of the major carriers are included and the way the data is displayed is feasible and easy for me to follow. Honestly, it's among the best platforms I've used.
Cons
not every payer is on board and sometimes the details aren't completely accurate or current. Still, given how rapidly healthcare rules change, that inconsistency is something I expect.
