We have noticed a significant change with the new ERP, giving us better control over Finance, Logistics, and Production processes. Its user-friendly and easy for new users to learn. The most notable change is the 96% reduction in paper printing, allowing for efficient telework. Process automation is also a key feature, eliminating the need for additional Excel files and easing cross-data analysis.
Cons
The implementation process of the production module proved to be quite intensive, given the complexities inherent in our operations. However, after a thorough review of all processes, it now operates flawlessly.
