Pros
The patient financial clearance tools do a great job of identifying financial eligibility and guiding patients into the right payment pathways which has helped improve collection rates. The point of service cost transparency is also a big plus since patients can see estimates before care and plan ahead with more confidence which builds trust.
Cons
The mobile side still needs work. On smartphones the experience isn't as polished as it should be especially for patients trying to use registration or billing features.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it connects with our current EHR and practice management systems. Plus it makes patient records and engagement history simple to access which creates a much more efficient experience for both our staff and patients. So when patients use the system, whether to book an appointment or view their medical records, everything feels smooth and user friendly without needing extra assistance which also takes some pressure off our IT team.
Cons
At times the platform does feel a little limited when it comes to customization options.

Pros
Having patient information stored in the database makes it simple to pull up records whenever needed. Our patients also like being able to book appointments online and make payments quickly. And administrative work has become much more efficient since patient registration is fully digitized.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything I dislike. It has been very effective and handles everything we need it to do.

Pros
One feature I really loved is Patient Financial Clearance. As it helps assess each patient and place them on the right financial pathway based on their likelihood to pay and whether they may qualify for assistance. Overall this has been valuable for improving collections and overall patient satisfaction.
Cons
The patient statements could definitely use more customizable fields. As having that flexibility would let us tailor billing statements better and include important updates and messages when needed.
