An EHR that has all the capabilities and functionalities needed for large medical enterprises or academic centers. Unfortunately, it is outdated and difficult to use for day to day functions.

My colleagues always complain me about the latest and frequent bugs. Poor usability and efficiency are two pain points for our organization. Its hard to believe that so many large institutions are using this system in todays day and age.

Overall system is intuitive to the end user. Its use of some 3rd party applications blend in well with the product.

It is quick and robust interface but practitioners may forget about other features.

Can not open multiple windows. No real time spell check.

Pros: the ability to customize content with the visual editor application, and the ability to run our own inquiry reports.

The reports are not quick andfast and the softwate gets slow while posting payments.

It forms can not be modified without additional cost. some basic reporting feature were available but it was costly to formulate reports suitable to our specialty needs.

The software has great features such as design of form or content. If you have some knowledge of form creation then it is highly customizable.
