I am so happy that we chose GE for our company. It has amazing customer support and is equipped with amazing features. It is a very reliable product that has frequent upgrades on the go.

Cons

The interface could be a little improved or enhanced in some shape or form to make it give off a contemporary vibe to the UI/UX instead of the mid-90s.

The one integral thing that I like about this software is the billing feature, which is very well integrated.

Cons

Too expensive. Just provides the basic features, nothing fancy, for any other requirement or customization, there is an additional cost.

Our work efficiency has increased two folds since the day we started using this software. It has all the features that we need.

Pros

Simple to urge around in, we are ready to train other office individuals in an effective way since it is simple to get it. We appreciate the system.

Cons

We need to do a part of the training online since they are out of state and it costs per hour to do that, so the doctors have minimized my training time because of the cost. I still have a bit to memorize but have been doing it on my own.

The finest among all
Pros

One of the leading things about this software is that it is adaptable. We are ready to include an information point behind a term(CPS calls this a perception term). and track any information required. These perception terms moreover permit us to pull information forward and show data required to form a great choice or used to diminish mistakes.

Cons

Within the EMR they have spell check but you have got to go back and redress within the form the mistake happened in. Having spell check be in the last audit and permit correction within the survey would be nice.

An EHR that has all the capabilities and functionalities needed for large medical enterprises or academic centers. Unfortunately, it is outdated and difficult to use for day to day functions.

Cons

My colleagues always complain me about the latest and frequent bugs. Poor usability and efficiency are two pain points for our organization. Its hard to believe that so many large institutions are using this system in todays day and age.
