The features and experience of the application is scalable.

Pros

The EHR application being cloud-based is a significant advantage. The patient demographics are simplified compared to other EHRs.

Cons

There's an inability to place a patient on a calendar schedule for the next encounter type. The data entered into encounters is structured, and the ability to run ad-hoc reports at leisure is needed. The administration front-end experience requires the ability to create template tabs or additional forms.

Gehrimed makes doing notes easy and effortless

Pros

Easy to use and the final product is excellent. The notes are professional and presentable to our customers. They are easy to read, flow well, and are concise and informative.

Cons

The sign-in process is somewhat tedious at times, and our connectivity isn't always optimal because of our location, but that's more of a WiFi/internet availability issue rather than a problem with the software.

For the most part, a great soft-ware package. Would like a monthly newsletter with tips/tricks.

Pros

The software is intuitive! The range of available reports is impressive. The implementation team was fabulous.

Cons

I've had issues where the tech support team couldn't help, and it then gets elevated to someone else, taking quite some time to get a response. Maybe the support team could be trained a bit longer, or have another team member with them until they're up to speed. Once the implementation team gives the basics, there's not much contact. We don't know what we don't know!

Truly enjoy using gEHRiMed over any other products available. Customer service is very responsive.

Pros

The intuitive nature of the software makes training new clinicians easy. Significant improvement in searching for patient diagnoses. Incorporation of Quality Measures is crucial for those of us working in long-term care.

Cons

There's a lack of a scheduling feature to set up clinic hours. There is no capability to submit the Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) medical director hours to administrators.

The product keeps changing & not for the best for each practice, nor is our input asked.

Pros

Easy to use, although they make it harder with each feature change. The ability to search for a patient by provider is useful. The daily reports by provider are also nice.

Cons

The user cannot transfer incorrect documents to the correct patient. Support wants to delete the incorrect encounter and expects the provider to redo the work. I feel like I have no representative from the managing company. This is my perception.
