Simple tracking for client progress

Pros

Right from the start the interface felt user friendly, accessible and easy for both clinicians and clients which makes completing and reviewing outcome measures feel trouble free. It does a solid job of combining quantitative data like standardized measures and score changes over time with qualitative insights so you get a more complete picture of client progress throughout treatment.

Cons

One area that can still be confusing is the Child and Parent accounts since they're not always easy to differentiate or switch between.

trusted progress tracking

Pros

Working closely with underserved communities and supporting men's emotional well being through A MAN MUST CRY I really value how this software helps track progress keeps people involved in their own healing process and allows care to be adjusted using real time feedback.

Cons

More than just a tool it feels like a bridge between community based support and professional mental health care standards. Administering assessments like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 is simple and the visual view of client progress builds trust, motivation and hope especially in environments where therapy can be hard to access or still carries stigma. For now there are no complaints.

helpful access to past assessments

Pros

Having access to my patients previous assessments is really useful and helps me keep track of their progress over time.

Cons

I use it for mental health assessments but it doesn't actually provide a diagnosis.

reliable screening

Pros

Using the initial assessments helps me build treatment plans and keep track of clients anxiety and depression over time. Even more importantly it gives me a way to screen for suicidal ideation.

Cons

Haven't run into any problems. Whenever I need technical support I can contact the team and they resolve things quickly.

Pros

Measurement based care is a key part of strong clinical practice and it has been really helpful for that. It makes collaborating with clients simple helps collect consistent data and lets me monitor progress over time in a clear way. Overall it takes solid clinical care and helps turn it into a more refined high quality practice. Whenever I needed help customer support was responsive and efficient.

Having clear conversations with clients about why this software is beneficial will help them understand the value of the tools and stay committed to using them to get meaningful results.

Responsive support

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this software is how simple the platform is to use and understand. It makes it much easier to review whether what comes up in therapy with the therapist actually matches what the patient's assessment results are showing. Whenever I have a question their team responds quickly and that support really helps with putting it into practice during therapeutic sessions.

Cons

I'd like to see a wider variety of assessments available although I know the team is actively working on improving that.

Pros

It's been extremely useful for measuring decreases in emotional distress symptoms and helping us improve the way our practice works.

custom dashboards done right

Pros

Has been really helpful in modifying our client satisfaction data to fit what we needed. They put a lot of effort into making sure the dashboard was set up according to our exact specifications.

Cons
