Pros

Getting started with te software was simple and the charting process feels very easy to use.

Cons

Insurance support could be better. I wish it included a built in way to create Superbills along with required chart categories that help make charts suitable for insurance purposes.

Pros

One of the best parts is how customizable it is while still being simple to use. It's HIPAA compliant, priced really well and doesn't come loaded with a bunch of unnecessary features I'd never use.

Cons

There was a bit of difficulty at first when it came to using it and setting up my charts the way I wanted but the training videos really helped make that process easier.

Pros

Starting with this softwarewas really easy and I didn't need to spend weeks figuring out how everything worked. It also works well as a standalone product which was a big plus for me since I could continue using my existing scheduling software.

Cons

It doesn't sync appointments with my scheduling software but that hasn't been a major issue since entering them manually is quick and simple.

Very simple to start off with. The system is user friendly, simple to work with and easy to customize based on what I need. Also the customer service team has been friendly, quick to respond and really informed whenever I've had questions.

Honestly I have very little to complain about. The interface was easy for me to get used to and it helps me keep my charting efficient and concise.

The biggest win for me is how simple it is to use while still letting me customize the format the way I need. The HIPAA compliant forms are a huge benefit, customer service has been really helpful whenever I've needed them and the pricing is very affordable.

Cons

Every now and then I accidentally hit the button that copies over the previous SOAP note and it wipes out what I had already written. It doesn't happen often though. Other than that it's been excellent.

Pros

Switching to this software completely changed the way I work. I've been using it for more than 7 years and it's easily one of the most valuable tools I rely on every day. Moving from time heavy paper charts to a mobile charting system made a huge difference. I'm able to document while I treat even on the go and that means I can finish my shift and actually leave work at work. Their support team has also been great they respond quickly and do a really good job fine tuning things and fixing problem areas as soon as they come up.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides. The only things I'm still hoping to see are a vibrant scheduler and possibly a payroll system in the future.

The interface is very concise, clear and easy to follow. This makes it simple to use and understand.

Cons

Unfortunately there is still no support for Chinese characters when downloading patient documents although it seems this is currently being worked on.

Easy to start off with and the customer service team was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful whenever I needed to contact them. I really felt taken care of. The charting process itself is also very fast and simple to complete.

There are still a few limitations with the charting features. Even though charts can be edited it would be better if there were more default templates or models available to choose from.

It took almost no time to begin working with the software. The difficulty levels were very low and once I had it set up the way I wanted everything felt easy and simple. Within about 5 to 10 minutes I was already moving through it quickly. That simplicity is something I really value in a clinic setting. It does not come with a bunch of extra bells and whistles but that works perfectly for me because I am not paying for features I would never use.

Do not have any complaints. Anytime I have reached out for help their team has been very responsive.

Pros

Right away the customer support has been outstanding. They share clear useful videos that walk you through setting up the platform which made a big difference for me. I'm pretty low tech and even so this platform feels very simple to use.

Cons

If I had to point out anything it's that getting started requires committing to an intake form so you have to make quite a few decisions upfront. I wouldn't really call that a downside though it just means you need to put some thought into how you want your account set up.
