flexible patient search tools

Pros

Being able to search for a patient in several different ways (like SSN, last name, MRN, Medicaid number and more) made locating the right person really convenient. It also helped that the key details needed to identify the patient were all visible on one screen.

Cons

Did not like how many separate windows opened up after clicking around. If those screens had opened as tabs instead the experience would have felt much more user friendly especially when trying to view more than one record at a time.

Meaningful living

Pros

Something that really stands out is the compassion, support and patient centered focus on helping people maintain a full meaningful quality of life. When someone is homebound and dealing with illness so much can be taken away from everyday living so having that sense of autonomy and the ability to still experience a fuller life means a lot.

Cons

I do not have any real complaints. The workday can definitely get very busy at times and priorities can shift quickly so being able to multitask is important when urgent matters come up.

strong reporting

Pros

One of the best parts is how much useful data it captures to help improve Star ratings, patient care and overall outcomes. It also offers a wide range of reports that make it possible to track and manage staff productivity effectively.

Cons

The Backoffice side of it is not very user friendly and takes a lot of time to learn. Even though it has a lot of features there are still everyday frustrations in the office when trying to locate specific items within a patient chart.

helpful for survey compliance

Pros

What I appreciate most about this software is how well it supports staying compliant with Survey requirements and the front-end is fairly easy to use.

Cons

At the same time the software feels outdated and a little clunky in certain areas. It is not always clear what action a user should take next so it comes across as less user friendly than other healthcare software I have used.

Pros

The analytics, reporting, chart review and scheduling features are all really useful and help keep things organized.

Cons

There are times when the system lags especially when a visit gets sent back or an order is being processed. It can also be a bit hard to match orders correctly with the scheduling console at times.

Great training from day one

Pros

Since we're still in the onboarding phase the training has really stood out to me. The user training modules are thorough without feeling overwhelming and it's nice being able to move through them at your own pace. Having these resources available during set up and even afterward should save a lot in training and onboarding costs.

Cons

For now there really hasn't been anything that's been a true disappointment. The only limitation I've noticed is with the QuickBooks connection but that seems more related to QuickBooks not integrating well with others than anything caused by this software.

beginner friendly workflow

Pros

Even as a beginner this software feels simple to work with. The instructions are clear, concise and written in a way that makes everything easy to follow. The programming is well done which makes the whole system really helpful and flexible to use.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about it. Everything about the software has been excellent.

frustrating support

Pros

I like that they use Tableau for their data reporting. Also once your ticket gets escalated to the higher support levels you can finally get real answers to your questions.

Cons

Working with them is incredibly frustrating. Responses to questions and tickets are often not timely they do not always seem to listen to what is actually being asked and releases or updates are poorly communicated. I was even asked recently how I can trust their data is accurate and honestly I cannot. Anytime someone points out a possible issue I have to take it seriously and whenever they roll out something new I end up spending an entire day reviewing everything just to make sure it is correct. On top of that we still have to rely on our own data because they do not provide enough options for financial reporting or for non Medicare payers.
