Pros

One of the best parts of HealthViewX is how configurable the system is which lets us make changes quickly without much hassle. Their support team is very responsive and when a new feature or adjustment is needed, they work with the development team to get it done. It's also a cloud based product and the overall interface is easy to use.

Cons

At times the website has been a bit slow especially when opening or reviewing multiple records at once.

Pros

Having a clear birds eye view of the referral process has made a real difference for our RM strategy. That level of visibility helps us make better decisions and stay on top of what needs attention.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning took a lot of input, time and hands-on effort to configure and we still needed ongoing adjustments after launch. Looking back though it was absolutely worth it because the process uncovered weaknesses in our old structure that we've since been able to improve. One challenge is that the implementation team does come with a bit of a language barrier so some patience is definitely needed. Thankfully the support and sales teams have been very helpful whenever translation issues come up.

Pros

Our referral process runs much more efficiently now and HealthView X has turned it into a consistent five step workflow that everyone can follow. Their support team is excellent whenever something comes up. They really pay attention to what we need to improve efficiency and they work with us to make the right adjustments in it so it fits our workflow better.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints.
