Pros

Hi Doctor EMR has been a solid addition to our practice. The intuitive interface made it easy for our team to transition from our previous system. The integration with existing medical devices is smooth and efficient, which has significantly reduced our data entry time. The ability to customize templates and workflows to fit our specific needs has been a major plus, and the reporting features are quite robust.

Cons

One con is that the setup process is time consuming and a bit complex. Also we have encountered occasional glitches that disrupt workflow, requiring us to contact support for troubleshooting. The mobile app could also use some improvements.
