missing critical clinical alerts

Pros

The pricing is reasonable and the team does appear genuinely interested in improving the platform and making the workflow better over time.

Cons

It still lacks some very basic functions that are essential for delivering clinical care. For example there's no notification or alert system to tell a clinician when lab results come in, a fax is received or a medication refill request arrives. Because of that you're left constantly digging through the EMR to catch these items manually. In a micro practice which is how most direct primary care offices operate, the goal is to have an efficient workflow not extra steps that add more work to the day. It's frustrating that in a time when everyone is trying to reduce unnecessary notifications the one alert that is truly critical for efficient patient care still isn't available.

helpful client monitoring

Pros

Handling medicine billing and keeping track of client and customer health has been really helpful with this software. The customer support team has also been reliable whenever needed. It's user friendly, implemented in an effective way and works well for managing daily tasks. I use it about once or twice a week and it offers plenty of features for support. Another big advantage is that it integrates well with existing systems or really with almost any system.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is adding a chart view for each specific client so health details and client expenses could be understood more clearly and at a glance.

billing automation is a win

Pros

Getting started with it was simple and it has made our workflow much better, faster and more efficient. Patients are happier, our staff is happier and the billing automation in particular saves us both time and money. Setting it up was easy too so overall it has been a 10/10 for us.

Cons

There is nothing specific I would point to as a downside. Really I just expect the automation features to keep improving over time.

affordable billing support

Pros

Starting my own practice made me realize just how hard it is to keep billing and collections organized well enough for the business to really get off the ground. This software has become an essential part of running things. The platform is very easy to use even without strong computer skills. Their team is also extremely responsive. Whenever something comes up I can send a message through the system and usually hear back within minutes. They also offer very helpful tutorials that can walk you through issues even after hours. Also the service is priced very reasonably.

Cons

A drawback I've run into is that the enrollment forms are only available in English which creates challenges since many of my patients speak other languages.

Constant progress

Pros

Something that really stands out is how strong the customer support is. They reply fast and if something still needs clarification they are willing to jump on a video call and walk through it in more detail. I also appreciate that they are always working to make the platform a little better. Day by day and month by month you can see they are focused on improving it. They are also very transparent and honest about what they are building and trying to accomplish.

Cons

I do not have much to complain about. If anything I would like to see some of the integrated partnerships get better but I understand that is something they are continually working on.

flexible EHR

Pros

Using it everyday has been pretty easy. The system feels user friendly and I really appreciate being able to keep a note open while moving through other parts of the EHR. It also gives a lot of flexibility since you can customize things like the social history and general information sections based on what you want included. Since it's still a newer EHR they're adding features regularly and seem to pay close attention to user feedback. Customer service has also been very responsive whenever needed.

Cons

Because the platform is still relatively new there are a few bugs and some areas that feel a bit awkward. The prescribing component could also be better since it comes across as a little clunky.

Pros

The way this can be configured to match our company has been really impressive. It can be modified in a very simple way or built out with more complexity depending on what the subscription needs.

Cons

At the start a few features we were hoping for were not available yet but the support team was responsive and took our feedback and suggestions seriously.
