“helpful client notes”

Pros

It works well for managing our client accounts and keeping accurate notes and reminders in one place.

Cons

A downside is that it doesn't include appointment scheduling. We were hoping for an all in one system since using multiple programs wasn't part of our plan.

“Good for scheduling”

Pros

Scheduling appointments is really convenient and adding patients while quickly seeing whether they are returning or visiting for the first time is very helpful. Having a pending list available is excellent for keeping track of upcoming appointments that still need attention. The flexible layout that lets you switch between daily and weekly views is also very useful when you need a more precise look at the times you want to schedule.

Cons

At the same time it can feel a little complicated and confusing because there is no clear marker or visual sign on the days when you already have an appointment or a patient booked. It would be much more practical if there were an indicator showing how many appointments or meetings are set for a specific day. The search function is also somewhat confusing since even when you enter the information it often does not return matching results.
