Pros
This software is fantastic. They provide periodic updates included in the annual fees, which are very reasonable. There are no upfront hardware or software costs; everything is Internet-based, and their technical support is excellent.
Cons
NO CONS. Overall, we believe Iridium Suite to be an outstanding product and Medical Business Systems to be an excellent company to work with.
