Reliable billing

Pros

Handling claim rejections is very easy with this software and it has proven really useful for staying on top of medical claims. Billing is simple and keeping track of outstanding payments is just as manageable. It's also very valuable for monitoring EMDs in the business. Our whole staff relies on it and they see it as one of the most helpful tools we have for managing insurance claim billing and EMDs.

Cons

Moving from one tab to another can be slow at times or may not respond at all. Pulling reports can also be a bit challenging and updating patient demographic information is sometimes harder than it should be.

valuable for claims

Pros

Keeping up with client medical claims is very manageable with this software. Billing is easy and it helps us stay on top of outstanding balances without much trouble. It has been especially useful for tracking EMDs which makes it an important part of how our company operates. We even have a full team dedicated to working in it and they consider it one of the most valuable tools we have for handling EMDs and insurance claim billing.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the system can be a bit challenging at first and it does require some training to learn your way around. After that initial learning period though using it starts to feel natural and becomes second nature.

Navigation across the program feels simple, the hot keys help speed things up and customer support has been reliable when needed.

Cons

Clear access to note history!

Pros

Accessing all previous notes and patient history is very simple which makes it much easier to review past information when needed.

Cons

It would be better if online eligibility could be verified automatically instead of requiring manual steps.

Pros

Having multiple schedules visible on a single screen is a really useful advantage.

reliable tools for daily use

Pros

After using this as our practice management system for more than 13 years it has proven to be a very user friendly program. The feature we appreciate most is the auto payment posting service. It also integrates well with a third party automatic appointment reminder system which has been very effective in helping patients keep their appointments.

Cons

There are still a couple of areas we wish it handled better especially linking family appointments and displaying total family balances more clearly.

Pros

Right away the system felt pretty responsive and fairly easy to use. The Quick Text feature is especially awesome and makes things faster.

Cons

At the same time not having a patient portal is a big downside. Support and back end maintenance are also difficult to deal with.

Billing and receivables work well

Pros

Keeping accounts receivable aligned with billing accounts makes adjustments and statements much simpler to reconcile.

Cons

I wasn't a fan of entering collection payments since it was difficult to tell which accounts were actually in collections.

well organized provider switching

Pros

Moving from one doctor to another was simple to manage and the system stayed well organized throughout the process.

Cons

When I needed to fix small errors making those corrections was easy so I have no complaints about it for now.
