What I appreciate most is how openly and promptly this tool communicates both with my office and among their own staff and I really value the deep, specialized expertise my team brings to every facet of our RCM work.
Cons
Over the fifteen months we've worked together I honestly haven't been able to find any issues or shortcomings, truly there are none to report.
