What I like least is posting insurance or patient payments. It doesnt track checks, EFT numbers, totals, and posting dates.

Pros

I really appreciate certain features of this software. Specifically I find it very convenient to view my schedule presented in a calendar format and the process of scheduling appointments is straightforward. Additionally the layout format is very userfriendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

The software has a few problems. Firstly it doesn't save receipt memos when responding to messages making it difficult to track accountability. Secondly the patient database search options are limited to only name don ssn etc. Thirdly it doesn't allow users to switch between windows to view multiple things at once. To exit the day schedule window and go back to the home window one must close the current window. Additionally connecting external peripherals such as all in one printer scanners can be challenging. Finally the software doesn't provide an option to go back and modify some settings.
