Cons
Handling claims for oncologists means dealing with multiple lines on the claim. It would save a lot of time if there was a feature to correct all lines at once instead of updating each line individually.

Pros
Learning Mercury has been a delight. The support team is incredibly responsive, and the batch system and statement recall feature are fantastic additions. It is clear the developers care deeply about improving the program based on user feedback.
Cons
Learning the program can be challenging due to the numerous menus and functions. It would be helpful to have a button for quick access to the main menu instead of repeatedly clicking "exit."

Cons
It would be much more convenient if correcting and rebilling claims was easier. Having to input corrected claim information in demographics and then remove it is time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple claims.
