Empty promises and no refund

Pros

It was presented to me as an investment opportunity but that turned out to be completely misleading.

Cons

To make things worse after I signed up they never delivered any actual service and still refused to give me a refund. We tried contacting them several times to work out a fair solution. Their representative claimed they would put us in touch with management but no one ever followed up.

Costly promises, poor delivery

Pros

If you want a very convenient way to watch $16,000 disappear instantly, this does exactly that.

Cons

It promises far more than it actually delivers and the startup cost is extremely high on top of an expensive EHR system.

delays and poor communication

Pros

Honestly there really wasn't anything positive about my experience. The staff and account managers seemed poorly trained, there was constant turnover and they didn't appear to understand the relevant laws or regulations.

Cons

Overall just about everything was a problem. The account representatives kept changing and communication was extremely poor both with clients and internally among their own team. After waiting two years to get credentialed, absolutely nothing was completed. I paid $16,000 to the company and spent another $6,000 to $8,000 on additional costs like a medical director and insurance and I have nothing to show for it.

Helpful support and clear templates

Pros

Getting started was simple because the templates gave me something clear to follow and whenever I had questions, the team was consistently responsive and got back to me.

Cons

A frustration was how long the contracting process took especially since I had no sense of how much time was still left. It would be much better if there were visible stages or updates along the way.

Pros

Really simple to use and it already includes pre-populated choices for each service which makes the whole process quicker.

Cons

The biggest downside is that getting contracts on time can be difficult.

Pros

It's a really valuable way for pharmacists to bill on the medical side and actually get compensated for the time they spend.

Cons

It can feel a bit difficult at times but they are working through those issues.

slow claims and unhelpful support

Pros

One thing that worked really well was the eligibility checking and the Electronic Medical Records were simple to use.

Cons

Getting claims sent to insurance carriers takes far too long. Support wasn't very helpful and I had to keep checking claims constantly to catch denials. If something gets rejected, the only option is to reach out to support and that can take as long as 24 hours.

Clinical growth for pharmacies

Pros

For pharmacies and pharmacists wanting to put their clinical knowledge to work, grow their pharmacy, improve patient health outcomes and actually get reimbursed by medical plans for those services, this is exactly the kind of platform many of us have been waiting for. It has completely transformed the way we handle our day-to-day work. Especially during the pandemic, when the need for pharmacists to play a stronger clinical role and credential and contract with medical plans became more important than ever, this platform has made a real difference. It's very user-friendly, even compared with other EHRs and it keeps the barrier to success low for busy pharmacies that want to expand and make better use of clinical services.

Cons

Medical billing can still be difficult to fully understand and claim processing is delayed at times. That said the dedicated customer advocates are quick to step in and provide helpful support.

Having this has created another path for independent pharmacists to put their skills to use and actually get reimbursed for that work.

Getting credentialed with the plans does require time and patience before everything is in place.

Pros

Being able to log in from any computer, anywhere, at any time is a huge advantage for staying truly mobile with our patient population. The accessibility is excellent and the reporting tools are very simple to use.

Cons

Claim submission and the search functions are not as simple as the rest of the platform. For services that come with overhead costs, we need better filtering by the service provided so we can tell whether reimbursement is actually covering those costs, instead of only being able to search by patient name or insurance plan. For instance, with flu shots, I'd want to pull up every patient claim submitted for that service and track the reimbursement for all of them.

Pros

The accessibility and reporting are extremely intuitive. Being able to access the platform from any computer, anywhere, at any time, is essential for truly mobile patient management.

Cons

The claim submission and search features are not as intuitive as the other feautures of the program. When it comes to serives we provide that have overhead costs we need to be able to filter by service rendered and see if we are being adequately reimbursed, not simply filtering by patient name or plan. For example, on a flu shot i would like to be able to filter a search for all patients that I have submitted a flu shot for and monitor reimbursement.
