Pros
One of the biggest benefits is that it connects directly to the Medicare DDE system in real time. That makes checking Medicare benefits and reporting admissions to Medicare much faster and more convenient. I also appreciate that the product is regularly updated and refined so it keeps becoming more user friendly over time which is a definite plus.
Cons
A manual would be really helpful for learning my way around the system more easily. I'm sure there are functions available that I'm not using yet simply because I don't know they're there.

Pros
Figuring it out is easy and the system is simple to use overall. It can also be customized without much trouble to match the specific needs of our company.
Cons
It still relies on an older version of Firefox and there are times when it has to be reinstalled more than once.
