User friendly software

Pros

Navigating through menus, entering client data, ensuring confidentiality, and generating reports are all tasks I can handle easily with this software. The Excel report preview feature also works seamlessly for me.

Cons

I found the customer service lacking, and the formulas provided were inadequate. Also, there was insufficient information about the services I needed.

Why I do not enjoy using myEvolv

Pros

The interface is adaptable and easy for me to use, even as a novice.

Cons

It does not exactly fit my needs, such as billing to MCOs.

Very affordable

Pros

I selected myEvolv by Netsmart due to its affordability, positive reviews, and ease of use. It's accessible from both web-based computers and cell phones, which is incredibly convenient. myEvolv integrates EHR and includes a robust accounts receivable/accounts payable sub-ledger directly within the system. It's well-suited for various healthcare settings and has garnered a 3 out of 5-star rating.

Cons

At times, getting to the right support person is difficult. The Help Desk format has changed a few times over the years and now, how you write a request for assistance is very important....and sometimes you need to send multiple reminders before you get a response which is relatively new. I think the slower response is due to rapid growth within the support area and they are not ready for the volume, however, it is still frustrating to the user.
