“Limited customization”
Pros
The reporting features were solid and a few modules did offer some customization. Support also improved in 2016. Whenever we called with an issue a technician usually got back to us within 24 hours.
Cons
Customization was still very limited overall. We were using the original version of the software and repeatedly asked to have specific items added to the immunization module but those requests were denied because any added items had to apply to every user. Another frustration was how separated the modules were. If an immunization needed to be added during a family planning visit we had to leave that workflow and go into the immunization module instead. I can't really comment on the newer version but we eventually switched to a different system that fit our needs much better. This also seemed to be only a very small piece of the larger Netsmart software.
