AI notes everyone talks about

Pros

Having the core CRM functions in one place has been really helpful. I can see tasks, scheduled meetings, lead management and my book of business without bouncing between different systems. Setting appointments is very easy and the way it connects with other tools has made managing my time a lot better. The standout feature though is the AI note management and organization. Our clinicians bring it up constantly and for good reason.

Cons

There's a bit of a trade off with it. They make frequent changes which is actually a good sign because it shows they pay attention to customer feedback. At the same time if you're not closely involved in those changes it can sometimes disrupt how you use the platform. Because of that they've started sending update emails and other communications pretty often sometimes every day.

From day one the usability and overall simplicity were exactly what our practice had been looking for. It really seems to have covered every detail.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with this software. Whenever I have a question or request their team responds very quickly.

Pros

Getting around the system is easy and the interface looks appealing to users. It also helps hospitals and patients manage their processes more efficiently than the way they are currently being handled.

Cons

A few features can be slow to respond at times.
