I have been using NETFactu for over a year now and I must say it is been the best experience overall. The user interface is quite intuitive. Moreover, the transition from the old system to the new was smooth and quick. The reporting tools are comprehensive and really help in keeping track of patient data and billing details. Additionally, the integration with our existing systems was seamless, which saved us a lot of headaches.
Cons
The customer support is not up to the mark. It is a bit slow at times which causes a lot of problems mainly when the assistance is required urgently. Also there have been a few instances where we faced downtime due to updates, and it took longer than expected to get things back on track.
