portable records are a big plus

Pros

Being able to carry medical records from one place to another is a really valuable feature.

Cons

The downside is that prescription customization still feels limited and some specialties including Nutrigenomics are not available yet.

Pros

I first came across this software while working at Farmacias La Generosa where I helped with the rollout of the app and contributed to improving how it was used. After I left I learned they had stopped using it which felt like a shame. Even so I still use it in my own clinical practice because it has been very helpful it's simple to work with I can check my patients information whenever I need it and it gives me a complete medical record.

Cons

Something different now is that the basic version used to be free and now it isn't so I really appreciate being allowed to keep using it that way. Another issue I ran into is that I have two accounts: one from when I worked at the pharmacy and my current one. My patients records were left in the pharmacy account and I can't access them anymore so I ended up losing a lot of information :(

Practical tracking

Pros

The layout works really well and it feels very user friendly for both tracking and consultations. Accessibility is another strong point and the email and SMS reminders for consultations are very helpful.

Cons

One issue is that the graphs do not always match the statistics I track separately. It also seems to require a lot of megabytes and when there are internet problems the information gets erased right away.
