“mobile-friendly with automated reminders
Pros
For my small practice, using this is really easy and efficient. I rely on the mobile app when I need to check the diary quickly. I also appreciate that it sends automatic reminders to patients.
Cons
I'd like the mobile app to include face recognition. It would also help to have an automated COVID questionnaire client form because I currently have to send it manually every day.

“Simple for non-tech users
Pros
I'm not very tech-savvy but I found it incredibly simple to pick up and use for my practice. It makes adding new clients and editing or entering information really easy.
Cons
One frustrating limitation I've noticed is that I can't lock individual case notes, the system only lets me lock an entire staff member's records, which is inconvenient.

“easy onboarding with smooth integrations
Pros
Running Happy Steps, a fairly new Allied Health practice, I remember how overwhelming the initial setup felt. Because of that, we really appreciated how simple it was and how it walked us through the onboarding process, complete with cute jellybean mascots that felt like a fun extra. On top of being easy to use, I'm impressed by the smooth integrations it offers, things like Medicare/DVA, private health insurers via Hicaps Go and Medipass, Physitrack for exercise programs, customizable invoicing templates, built-in outcome measure tracking, and a direct online booking button link, all of which have made managing the business much easier.
Cons
The calendar feature did throw me for a loop at first, it was a little tricky to understand when two of us were setting up our available time slots and how they interacted. Fortunately, we were able to figure it out by following the step-by-step guidance on it's setup help page, so it wasn't a long-term problem.

At times I wish there were a way to schedule two practitioners on a single appointment, and I also want the ability to restrict bookings to only line items that already have budget allocated

Pros
This tool is incredibly easy to pick up and use, I find it really simple.
Cons
For me, customizing the dashboard to achieve a more personalized setup feels a bit awkward, and the mobile app is somewhat clunky.
