Cons

“Lacks multi-booking client portal
Pros
Over time, I've come to appreciate the variety of practical integrations available. It's easy enough for first-time users and the online booking feature has improved noticeably over the years.
Cons
Lack of a client portal to view bookings is really inconvenient, especially when dealing with group classes, the system seems built only for one-on-one appointments.

“feasible appointment booking
Pros
Using it, I find it easy to book multiple appointments and classes. The different access levels for admin, practitioners, and management are really useful. Being cloud-based lets me check schedules online when away from the office and I can view the calendar in several layouts to help with planning.
Cons
When it comes to accounts, I find the accounts area less simple than some other programs I've tried. As for reports, there's no clear PVA metric, for example, how many treatments each new patient has, which is something I miss. It would be really helpful to be able to generate a report showing new patients per provider over a chosen timeframe so I could see how many visits they usually have. Another annoyance is changing provider schedules: selecting start and end times is fiddly because you can't type the time and instead must slowly scroll past every five-minute increment from 12:00am.

“Readable layout for templates
Pros
Switching our team over to it felt easy because everything is presented in a readable layout. I can build templates that match our workflow, with clear headings that make finding information quick and simple. Customizable note templates with tick boxes have been a huge benefit for managing documentation time as a clinician, and billing and payments are fast and reliable.
Cons
I'd love to see it add the option to attach handwritten or scanned documents directly to our templated online notes, because keeping those files tied to the same dated note would make auditing much simpler. Right now, if I set up a series of appointments and later need to alter one, I have to update each appointment separately, which is time-consuming. Overall, scheduling has felt more tough than it should be.

“Helpful colour-coded scheduling
Pros
The colour-coded appointments are really helpful for me and most of the time, scheduling is fairly easy.
Cons
Whenever a clinic note ends up attached to the wrong case file, I find having to transfer it to the correct case really frustrating and tough.

Pros
Since I'm not particularly computer savvy, I really appreciate how easy it is to use. It dramatically reduces clutter by keeping letters, scans, body charts, and other files all within easy reach.
Cons
At my previous place of practice, the templates had been configured by our team leader, and I found it really time-consuming to persuade them to come back and change the parameters whenever I needed edits.

Pros
Colour-coding tasks, appointments and notes has genuinely boosted my organizational skills. I rely on features like pinning clinical notes, copying templates across and hiding unwanted notes, which makes my workflow much smoother.
Cons
I find it frustrating that moving a single note or appointment by dragging it to another day in the week is awkward. More often than not I end up deleting the appointment or note and re-entering it into a different time slot or day.

From my first run-through, the setup checklist made getting started really simple. I found the interface simple and that it includes every feature I needed that other programs didn't offer.
Cons
I realize no application is flawless, and the DIY import routine could use work because it doesn't bring over every patient detail, so I end up going in and fixing each record manually. They will handle the imports for you for a fee, but that requires patience while you wait for them to complete it.

I appreciate how easy it is to use and enjoy that the developers have a good sense of humor.
Cons
Lately I've had problems getting the diary page to resize properly for my smartphone screen. When I'm out shopping and need to open the diary, it doesn't display within the phone frame, so if I bump into a patient who wants an appointment I can't quickly pull up the diary in a usable view. It would be great if that page auto-fit the screen.

Booking patients, setting up a personalized schedule and creating custom patient forms is easy and I find these features make daily tasks much more efficient.
Cons
