“fast case entry and accession series
Pros
Entering cases is fast and I appreciate that it includes a wide range of accession series for both in-house reads and broader global cases.
Cons
Although it occasionally freezes I've noticed that overall it responds quickly and is fast in most situations.

“User-friendly and self-explanatory tool
Pros
For me the program is pretty feasible and quite user-friendly. Most features are self-explanatory and convenient which makes handling workflow problems much easier.
Cons
Haven't come across any major drawbacks worth calling out about this program. All in all, I've had a generally positive experience using this tool.

“Easy info retrieval
Pros
Pulling up the information is easy to do and I find the interface convenient.
Cons
There are times when I can't pull pathology reports at all, even with an accession number.

Pros
For me this tool feels very convenient, with several reporting options that simplify quality assurance tasks.
Cons
For me more user customization for certain features would help because making what seem like simple changes forces you to go through Support and that process really takes too long.

Pros
Using the system is feasible and I find the support team consistently available whenever I need assistance.
Cons
The billing area could use some enhancements and I also have trouble with searching for providers, that search feature needs to be improved.

Operating the system is fairly simple and I notice it offers customization options though tailoring them can get expensive.
Cons
In my experience I've run into a handful of glitches here and there but none of them have been deal-breakers.

“Efficient reporting with helpful tools
Pros
Slide and block tracking is a useful new feature and I find the autofax and interface tools really helpful for generating reports efficiently.
Cons
Not a con but some reports hard to generate. I'd like an option to pull annual block totals but that report appears to be challenging to produce.

“smooth workflows with strong integrations
Pros
Instrument integrations such as billing, report delivery and custom additions make workflows smoother and I value the well-designed, convenient interface and strong system security.
Cons
I've noticed it is still evolving, a lot of functionality hasn't yet been brought over from our legacy 9.0 system though the team says those items are on the product roadmap. I also find occasional bugs and the system can be sluggish at times.

Pros
Monitoring and managing multimodal report delivery is easy and I find capturing images only takes three mouse clicks.
Cons
It's difficult or even impossible to modify existing canned text combinations when I need to.
