Pros
Considering that it is still in the earlier stages of development it offers a really impressive range of features including its own exercise portal. The scheduling and booking tools are easy and very user friendly. The health record system takes a little time to learn but once it clicks it becomes very simple to wok with. It also includes access to bookkeeping software that is very easy to use.
Cons
At times the system has trouble linking with the bookkeeping software though it is usually a quick fix. Whenever I've run into problems the team has handled them promptly. The mobile version still has a few issues that need be addressed but overall it still gets the job done.

“efficient onboarding experience”
Pros
Getting started was quite efficient and the onboarding process felt very smooth from beginning to end.
Cons
It took a little more time than I expected to get fully comfortable with it and I'm still learning my way around some parts of the system.
