Pros

It offers a very secure database and stays HIPAA compliant which is a big advantage.

Cons

Getting it set up was challenging because the company was already using it and the databases had to be merged together.

Pros

Documenting is easy as long as you move quickly. Linking documents to cases is usually fairly simple too.

There's no way to download every document for a case at once so each one has to be downloaded separately. It also times out pretty fast which gets annoying.

I really appreciate how simple it is to pull a report with all the information that's been entered for whatever date range I need. Generating reports is very easy and convenient.

When I'm entering a new report it sometimes autosaves in the middle of it which is something I really don't like.

It keeps all of our employees medical related information together in a single database which makes everything much more organized.

Single sign on isn't available when a company uses more than one database (like employee, archive, country/region databases)

Pros

It covers most occupational health and safety needs right out of the box and the dashboards, filtering options and reporting tools make it a very capable solution for most organizations.

Cons

Like any off the shelf platform it does have limitations when it comes to very specific organizational requests. Customizing it for a particular customer need can be challenging especially when trying to avoid affecting the softwares broader product strategy.
