Pros
The software is affordable and meets all my daily EHR needs. Customer service is generally reliable and I can speak to someone right away who tries their best to resolve any issues promptly. The billing service is excellent, reliable and easy to contact. I have a dedicated team who builds a personal relationship with me.
Cons
There are some technical issues I have encountered. Occasionally the pharmacy doesn't receive the medications I send electronically even though the system indicates they were successfully sent. Writing prescriptions to be sent out is not very user friendly. Certain sections of the note feel redundant, such as the allergy section. It's also difficult to keep track of unfinished notes. Additionally, the scanning feature in the EHR system is outdated, resulting in lengthy scanning times. Resolving insurance-related tasks on Trizetto has been a prolonged and unresolved issue.

Pros
The response time for training, assistance and anything I needed was quick. The Omni staff felt like friends or part of my business family. We have tried many different programs but none have provided support like Omni does. They go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even build custom features for us.
Cons
There are no cons although its worth noting that like any EHR program, there is a learning process and Omni has done an excellent job of making the transition as seamless as possible.

“The software is functional and efficient”
Pros
Over the years OmniMD has made great improvements to their EMR. Now the dashboard and visit summary section are impressive. They have organized all the important information in easily accessible areas. The software has a sleek and professional look so anyone reviewing a patient summary will be impressed with the smooth flow of data and how effortlessly information can be found. Personally the support team at OmniMD has worked closely with me to develop my own annual wellness visit form and assessment and plan form, tailored to my specific needs and the universal requirements. Under my assessment and plan section, I have a comprehensive list of diagnoses, medications, 20 areas to input problems, screening tests, immunizations, dietary recommendations, general recommendations, disease and medication counseling, imaging, lab tests, Medicare guidelines, immunizations, orders, and follow-up instructions. This means everything can be done without unnecessary back-and-forth and time wasted.
Cons
The quality management process involves too many steps. Sometimes it takes extra time to locate lab results and scanned documents as you have to navigate back and forth to the dashboard.

“Great support staff”
Pros
The system is easy to learn, and extremely user-friendly. The fact that I have direct access to the system feels great. The support staff of the company is superb. Whenever I have faced issues, they always solve them for me, and they are simply great as all my experiences that I’ve had with them has been amazing. They know what my office needs. The system can also be customized according to your practice.
Cons
I usually have to wait for a whole day to get things fixed from their support team whenever I get errors. And I also never know when the system is not working from the back and all I do is wonder that something went wrong due to us, and we have some problems.

Pros
I am highly pleased with the system. They heard all our requests very attentively, and accommodated all of them in the system, which made me so much happy. The support staff always helps, and if one representative does not know or is not sure about something, they would always ask the other person who is more aware of it and respond with a sure answer. They are simply great.
Cons
There was just one issue that we faced with this system and that is of clicking the refresh button again and again. There is no other issue with this system, all is well.

Pros
Easy access and a helpful help desk when needed. My trainer was exceptional. Fantastic. There are videos available to watch at any time of the day or night to address any problems one might encounter.
Cons
It would be great if they could make the software more affordable for start ups allowing every practitioner to have this excellent experience without difficulties.

“It's an ok system for beginners”
Pros
The check in process is simple and intuitive. Scheduling appointments for all patients is a smooth process.
Cons
There are quite a few clicks required on the back end to access information. While an MA or nurse can "write the RX" its the MD who has to send it. In the past the MD has forgotten to send prescriptions for patients. I haven't encountered this issue with other EMR systems I've used.

Pros
This product is easy to learn and to navigate. The customer support is great. Due to the amazing customer support team, our transition from the previous EHR to this EHR was trouble free. Completing MACRA was easy with the help of the customer support team. The system also captures data for billing. My office staff also preferred Omni over the previous EMR that we used.
Cons
For me, I have troubles changing my templates, but the support team helps you make changes to it. In my view, they can make PMH easier, than what it is right now.

Pros
What I really like about this electronic medical record is its customizability. The company does an excellent job of tailoring your preferences to notes, workflow and the overall appearance of the EMR. It's genius to have a billing service included with this EMR, making things incredibly easy.
Cons
My only wish is that the software was compatible with Google Chrome. I am not a fan of Internet Explorer. Other than that everything is going well.

The custom designed software allows me to work more efficiently. The technical staff is highly responsive and works hard to accommodate our requests and needs. It offers numerous features and has a wide range of functionality.
Cons
Printing a lab slip requires opening multiple pages and clicking through numerous options. If you forget to hit save you will lose your information as it doesn't automatically save your work.

Pros
The best part of this product is their customer support team, they are excellent. They always respond and solve all the issues that you inform them that you faced. The software itself does everything, from scheduling appointments to billing. It is a complete a software and you would not regret having it.
Cons
It is not something new I guess, as the con for this software is the same as every other product. The upgrades are painful every time that it happens. Every software gets messed up whenever an upgrade happens, but thanks to the customer service the problems are solved soon.

Pros
The customer support team excellent. We do sometimes face minor issues within the system, but the customer support has always been there for our rescue. The staff is very professional, reliable, and prompt in responding. The staff always finds a solution to solve your problems or issues that you face. They offer specialty specific EHRs, which is a plus. It caters everyone.
Cons
They could make the prescription writing a bit more user-friendly. You might also notice a few glitches sometimes. Just a few more minor changes we would love them to do, hopefully we’ll soon be having the changes made on the system.

Pros
There is very little to complain about. They handled the conversion to ICD-10 very well.
Cons
The support from OmniMD is very poor. The interface is glitchy and slow. Data often fails to populate where it should and saving becomes an issue. They neglect requests for assistance, patient statements don't work and the patient portal is dysfunctional.
