OmniMD makes scheduling and inputting new patients a smooth process. However let me tell you that I encountered a few minor issues with superbill creation as well.
Cons
When I need to review previous chart notes it can be quite tedious. It would be fantastic if I could search by keyword or issue to quickly locate instances when a patient had a reported illness, instead of having to click through individual chart notes.

I can call or email for support with the EHR at any time and I always receive a helpful response. Each person is patient and an excellent teacher. I can send data anytime and it gets integrated into the system promptly. No one at this organization gets frustrated when I don't understand something. Even when it took 73 minutes to set up a go to meeting, they remained incredibly patient. After years of losing money with in-house billers, I finally decided to hire their billing services. I was even considering selling my practice at that time. I wanted to be fair to my biller, but two audits revealed that I was losing 70 to100 thousand dollars each year. Now, I'm back on top of my game, paying my bills and even the money I had to borrow to keep the practice running. I highly recommend OmniMD software for EHR andbilling to anyone in need or dissatisfied with their current program. I'm not debt-free yet, but I'm confident that I'll get there thanks to this company.
Cons
When I initially started using the EHR I found it challenging to keep up with my documentation. However when I expressed my concerns, they set up a meeting with me, where they demonstrated functions within the system and gently suggested changes to improve my documentation without offending me. Now, I'm able to work swiftly with my documentation. The issue turned out to be on my end.
