“Has a helpful and professional support team

Pros

There are so many great features in this software, but what really stands out for us is how professional and accommodating the provider is.

Cons

The patient reports page is not the easiest to use and we wish we could use the search option within it.

Pros

Onco has simple templates for sheets that are very easy to fill out and follow up. The doctors can scan them and quickly get the information they need. We can also use them to track the current location of the patient by assigning room codes.

Cons

The lab results feature is not the most user-friendly and we have trouble tracking the reports from specialty labs.

It makes it very easy to look up patient files using the search function. We also updated reports and consulted the doctors notes through Onco

There are some issues with the reliability of the software. The screen often freezes when Onco is in use which can result in wasted time.

Sometimes I have issues with login but other than that, its great!

OncoEMR is a good tool. It is simple to use, and the patient ledger is amazing.

There are no other options for its reports or forms.

Our office staff did not have much trouble getting used to this EMR. It is easy to use, and we were able to switch from screen to screen easily and effortlessly. This tool is pretty easy for our physicians as well and they are able to set up appointments on their own. The patient information is in a readable manner and it also provides historical information in a logical format.

Cons

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product yet, we’re still in the early launch process and everything is going pretty smooth.
