Cloud-Based and Reliable but Lacks Customization

Pros

The cloud-based design makes it easy to navigate, plus it has solid medical billing features and barely any downtime.

Cons

Customization is limited, reports come cluttered with unnecessary data, internal clinic communication isn't seamless, and customer support doesn't seem to take user feedback seriously.

A bit disorganized

Pros

One thing that is likable about this software is that its layout is simple and easy to understand.

Cons

Honestly, it is very inefficient. And I have to tap way too many times just to get simple things done, plus the system overall is very slow.

Pretty decent

Pros

Its fairly simple to navigate from one page to the next. Customer service has also been helpful.

User-friendly and highly helpful

Pros

The system is really easy to use and helps us a lot with managing different tasks. Also I like that it works as a scheduler as it allows me to keep everything organized in one place. One of the best parts is that I can fax documents from other software directly, which saves me time and hassle.

Cons

It’s a bit annoying that we can't modify the treatment plan activities.

OncOMR is a reasonable software

Pros

I like its user friendly format and their customer support. Also the software offers different inbuilt features that can be really useful.

Cons

It takes a long time to change appointments or to update them. Plus, I have had a few issues with logging in which is really annoying.

Customer support is praiseworthy

Pros

I find it very easy to move from one screen to another, which eventually makes everything feel a lot smoother. Setting up appointments with clients takes way less time now which I really appreciate. Plus, their customer support deserves a shout-out as they have been really helpful and responsive whenever I've needed them.

Cons

Haven't been using this software for too long so cannot say anything for sure but it's been good up till now.

Customer support has been very nice and useful up till now. Other than that there is nothing I would like to mention as a pro.

Cons

I dont like the fact that its not easily customizable and the format is too rigid. Also, too many clicks are needed to access applications. Very inefficient.

Highly reliable and efficient tool

Pros

OncoEMR is quite simple and user friendly software. It makes managing records and updating them super easy, which is a huge plus. Plus I find it very useful when it comes to scheduling appointments and sending reminders. Overall, I did say it's definitely a 10/10 as it really made my life a lot easier.

Cons

Honestly the only thing which I do not like about this software is that it's not suitable for multiple users.

Perfect for those looking for a simple yet user-friendly app

Pros

As per my experience OncoEMR is really easy to learn and understand, especially for beginners. Also it is super easy to use. The format they use to store information is simple, so it is effortless to access any information I need. So I did say it's a good software to have in a medical practice!

Cons

If you are looking for software that lets you access multiple sites then OncoEMR probably isn’t the best choice. Plus, once activities are approved, we cannot change them which can be pretty frustrating sometimes.

Meets our needs as it is easy to customize

Pros

We can now schedule patients and doctors in such a way that there are no missed appointments. Plus the staff can also switch their shifts and keep track of their own hours which allow us to run everything a lot more smoothly.

Not perfect but acceptable

Pros

Great provider but they need to sort out some bugs

Pros

Onco has simple templates for sheets that are very easy to fill out and follow up. The doctors can scan them and quickly get the information they need. We can also use them to track the current location of the patient by assigning room codes.

Cons

The lab results feature is not the most user-friendly and we have trouble tracking the reports from specialty labs.

Pros

Our office staff did not have much trouble getting used to this EMR. It is easy to use, and we were able to switch from screen to screen easily and effortlessly. This tool is pretty easy for our physicians as well and they are able to set up appointments on their own. The patient information is in a readable manner and it also provides historical information in a logical format.

Cons

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product yet, we’re still in the early launch process and everything is going pretty smooth.
