I like its user friendly format and their customer support. Also the software offers different inbuilt features that can be really useful.
Cons
It takes a long time to change appointments or to update them. It also cause some issues with the login a few times which is very annoying.

OncoEMR is a simple, user friendly software. It helps to manage records and to update them. Very useful while scheduling appointments and sending reminders. A 10/10 Id say.

Pros
OncoEMR is easy to understand for beginners and is very proficient to use. The format used for information storage is straight forward and effortless to access. Overall, Its a good software to use in medical practice.
Cons
If you are looking for a software to access multiple sites from, then OncoEMR is probably not a good option to have; also activities once approved cant be changed which can be frustrating at times.

It is already customized according to a chemotherapy and cancer treatment clinic. We feel like its the best solution for us.

Onco has saved our lives by making it so easy for us to add, edit and save patient records. We are no longer scrambling to communicate information and can always access it from any computer.
Cons
The software does freeze up at times but nothing to complain about.

We can now schedule patients and doctors in such a way that there are no missed appointments. The staff can switch their shifts and maintain their own hours accordingly.
Cons
The billing cycle is glitchy and we often get errors in the bill.

Onco has simple templates for sheets that are very easy to fill out and follow up. The doctors can scan them and quickly get the information they need. We can also use them to track the current location of the patient by assigning room codes.
Cons
The lab results feature is not the most user-friendly and we have trouble tracking the reports from specialty labs.

Our office staff did not have much trouble getting used to this EMR. It is easy to use, and we were able to switch from screen to screen easily and effortlessly. This tool is pretty easy for our physicians as well and they are able to set up appointments on their own. The patient information is in a readable manner and it also provides historical information in a logical format.
Cons
I don’t have anything bad to say about this product yet, we’re still in the early launch process and everything is going pretty smooth.

It is easy to use the software. I really like how user-friendly it is. It has many features like practice management, electronic medical record, scheduler, etc.
Cons
We can’t change the activities in the treatment plan once they have been approved which is something that I really don’t like, as to make changes we have to first unapproved it and then change it and then again have to approve it which is pretty time-consuming.
