Cons
At present, there is nothing that I dislike about it. The teams responsiveness to my needs, along with a feature request log that provides updates, improves the overall experience.

Pros
You can really tell that the product was designed by a medical professional. Also the workflow feels familiar, which makes patient documentation way more efficient for us.
Cons
Since I don't have much experience with EMRs, I found the learning curve with this system to be pretty small. It did take a little while to set up my preferences at first but now that it's all done, I am getting better at moving through the steps.
