It is easy to use and is cloud-based, which is so exceptional. It doesn’t require a double entry. This product offers free certified software in contrast to all other software that offers either a monthly or a yearly subscription fee. This product can import data from a practice fusion account into its system. Multiple users can use one primary account. It is easy to generate clinical quality measure reports.
Cons
It takes a while to receive confirmation emails when a new account is created. Plus, system updates often make it hard to log into the system.

It is a great cloud-based EHR software with a basic free version. You only pay for what you need. You will not find a better price anywhere else in the market.
Cons
It would be great if they had an Android or iOS app too so we could use it as well while traveling.

The accounts management system is not great. There can only be one administrator account. You cannot delete a patient chart.

It is an awesome program. It provides a patient summary and you can process superbills too. The setup was self-explanatory and we did not need any training either. It works smoothly on the iPad too which is really convenient for us.

Recently, there have been significant connectivity issues, seemingly due to congestion in bandwidth at their server. This has been an intermittent problem over the past several months and may prompt us to explore other products.

It might be a little bit simpler to customize. There are a couple of things that we aren’t able to change like required areas on quiet socioeconomics and such. It would be decent in the event that they had an Android app as well as the IOS one.

This product works better if your scope of the work isn’t too broad. It is a quite functional system. It is easy to learn and use this system. Some of the features within the system can also be customized, which is great.
Cons
It does not allow me to enter a patient from a previous day, like why wouldn’t it let me set the date of the previous day. And the support feels non-existent, as they delay it too much before they respond.

This system is pretty much perfect for my practice, as I run a small private practice. It is great for me as I work inpatient and have a small number of private patients. It can be customized accordingly to what you require. The support is great, and they always respond back with the issue resolved in a timely manner. They are always readily available to help me.
Cons
The e-prescription kind of confuses and is really hard to know whether it sent the script or not as the pop-up page doesn’t indicate that it was sent, just asks whether you want to print, re-issue or cancel it. So, it’s hard to know.

Cons
As a solo practitioner, I primarily set up the system myself through instructional videos and trial and error. However, customer support during the setup phase was lacking. Several issues arose during setup, including difficulties with naming conventions and prescription writing, as well as challenges with free text input and patient deletion. While support staff were ultimately helpful when reached, contacting them proved to be a significant challenge.

This product works better if your scope of the work isn’t too broad. It is a quite functional system. It is easy to learn and use this system. Some of the features within the system can also be customized, which is great.
Cons
It does not allow me to enter a patient from a previous day, like why wouldn’t it let me set the date of the previous day. And the support feels non-existent, as they delay it too much before they respond.

The system is very organized and neat. The system is pretty much easy to use, and I do like its text message reminder feature as it is very useful, but it works sometimes.
Cons
The display/interface isn’t that great, it’s just okay. The text message reminders do not work at all times, which is a bit weird and annoying.

This system is pretty much perfect for my practice, as I run a small private practice. It is great for me as I work inpatient and have a small number of private patients. It can be customized accordingly to what you require. The support is great, and they always respond back with the issue resolved in a timely manner. They are always readily available to help me.
Cons
The e-prescription kind of confuses and is really hard to know whether it sent the script or not as the pop-up page doesn’t indicate that it was sent, just asks whether you want to print, re-issue or cancel it. So, it’s hard to know.

The scheduling feature is particularly commendable. While some aspects may not be immediately apparent, such as the prescription writer, once configured, the system proves to be decent with customizable templates and reasonable pricing.
Cons
As a solo practitioner, I primarily set up the system myself through instructional videos and trial and error. However, customer support during the setup phase was lacking. Several issues arose during setup, including difficulties with naming conventions and prescription writing, as well as challenges with free text input and patient deletion. While support staff were ultimately helpful when reached, contacting them proved to be a significant challenge.
