Just started, but I am loving it so far

Pros

It is a budget-friendly solution for my small practice, and I'm confident it will scale well as my practice grows in the future.

Cons

Well I don't have much experience with EMRs, but I found the learning curve with this system to be quite manageable. Even though setting up my preferences took a bit of time at first, but now that it's done, I am getting better at moving through the steps.

Exceptional software

Pros

OneTouch EMR is really easy to use and packed with helpful features as per our needs. It definitely feels like one of the top options out there.

Cons

I had an amazing experience working on the software. No complaints to report.

Better than others...

Pros

It is easy to use and is cloud-based, which is so exceptional. It doesn’t require a double entry. Also it offers free certified software in contrast to all other software I came across that offers either a monthly or a yearly subscription fee. Plus it can import data from a practice fusion account into its system. Multiple users can use one primary account. And it is easy to generate clinical quality measure reports.

Cons

At times it takes a while to receive confirmation emails when a new account is created. Plus, system updates often make it hard for us to log into the system.

Affordable and amazing

Pros

One Touch EMR is a solid cloud-based software, and it comes with a basic free version, which is great. Also we only pay for the features we actually need and honestly, we won’t find a better deal anywhere else.

Cons

I feel like it would be great if they had an Android or iOS app too, so we could use it as well while traveling.

Pros

Not only is it really easy to use but the customer support is great too. Plus they always follow up with a call whenever we have any issues, which I really appreciate.

No cons and I recommend it to everyone for its great features and usability.

It doesn't get better than this

Pros

It is an awesome program. Also it provides a patient summary and we can process superbills too. The setup was self-explanatory and we did not need any training either. Plus it works smoothly on the iPad too, which is really beneficial for us.

Cons

Nothing that we dislike about it.

Not the worst option

Pros

Since it's cloud-based, it works pretty well with voice recognition and feels a bit more intuitive than other EMR systems I have used.

Cons

Lately, we've been dealing with serious connectivity issues, which seem to be caused by bandwidth congestion on their server. And it is been an on and off problem for months now, and if it keeps up, we might have to start looking at other options.

Not the easiest to use

Pros

Their customer support comes free with the EHR and I can call anytime which is helpful.

Cons

Having to manage two separate logins, one for Admin and another for Provider makes things more complicated than they need to be, especially when setting everything up. Resetting passwords is also a hassle and can cause long delays in getting into the system. And even though I signed up months ago, I still haven't been able to use it properly and I'm now thinking about switching to something else.

Bad, bad, and too bad

Pros

There is nothing good about this system and I am still trying to figure it out.

Cons

The system responds slowly, and it's really hard to learn. If I am going to get the hang of it, I definitely need more tutorial videos.

Amazing EMR...

Pros

One Touch EMR is very easy to use and had a really user-friendly interface. Plus the support they offer is exceptional. I'd definitely recommend it to any practice.

Cons

I failed to identify any flaws with this EMR. It is flawless in my experience and I would confidently recommend it to anyone.

Family Practice - Urgent Clinic, 1-10 employees

4.0

Easy to use

Pros

It works best if your work isn't too broad, but overall I find it a pretty functional system. Also it's easy to learn and use and I love that some features can be customized to fit my needs.

Cons

One Touch EMR does not allow me to enter a patient from a previous day, like why wouldn't it let me set the date of the previous day. And the support feels non-existent, as they delay it too much before they respond.

Worth every penny

Pros

One Touch EMR is easy to use, the quality is quite good and also it is simple. I used an older version previously and the conversion from old to new was very simple and easy to do.

Cons

The switch from the old version to the new one was a little unclear at first, but overall this product has definitely made me happy.

Decent, not outstanding

Pros

Its design is highly intuitive. Plus, the numerous tabs made navigating accounts very easy for us and adding account information is the simplest task. Also the charts are well-organized which makes reviewing them much easier.

Cons

While compiling chart notes, I have to select each one individually and then merge them together. And sometimes it works smoothly, but other times I need to open and save each note before combining them all which is frustrating. Also, the information does not always sync well with our scheduling system.

Has some problems but it works...

Pros

The system is very organized and neat. Also I found it quite easy to use and I do like its text message reminder feature as it is very useful, though it doesn't always work.

Cons

The display/interface does not have anything special, as it's just okay. Plus the text message reminders don't always work, which is kind of frustrating and annoying.

Works the best for me...

Pros

It's quite user-friendly which makes it really easy and quick for us to access each patient's file.

Cons

From my perspective, there is nothing to dislike about it. It meets my needs perfectly and stands out as the most user-friendly EMR software I've come across thus far.

4.0

Offers the best customer service

Pros

I find it almost perfect for my practice, as I run a small private practice. Also it is great for me as I work inpatient and have a small number of private patients. Plus I can customize it to my requirements. The support is also great, and they always respond back with the issue resolved in a timely manner.

Cons

The e-prescription feature is a bit confusing to me. Like it's hard to tell if the prescription actually went through because the pop-up just asks if we want to print, re-issue or cancel it, without showing whether it was sent or not. So, it's pretty unclear.

The setup process takes a lot of time

Pros

The pricing is great, especially with a free option for basic needs. Plus its well-organized layout and smooth integration with different healthcare services make it a really appealing choice to me.

Cons

I had some trouble with customizing templates, especially since I couldn't cut and paste them. This made the switch from my old EMR system a bit tougher. Also, the portal could use some improvements to offer more services.

Occasional issues, but offers great support when you reach it

Pros

I really like the scheduling feature in One Touch EMR. Even though some things, like the prescription writer, weren't quite obvious at first, but once I got it set up, the system worked pretty well. It has customizable templates and the pricing is reasonable too.

Cons

As a solo practitioner, I set up the system myself through instructional videos and trial and error. However, customer support was not always quick to help during the setup phase. Several issues arose during setup, including difficulties with naming conventions and prescription writing, as well as challenges with free text input and patient deletion. While support staff were ultimately helpful when reached, contacting them proved to be a significant challenge.
