“cleaner scheduling integration”
Pros
From the start this software fit really well with our customer appointment scheduling requirements. We've worked with other solutions before but this one let us roll out changes much more quickly while also giving us a noticeably cleaner and more efficient option overall.
Cons
At first there was definitely some difficulty working with it. Still once we could picture the final outcome we committed to learning the system properly and it paid off. We've been more than satisfied with the results and if anyone struggles early on I'd say keep going because the outcome is absolutely worth the effort.
