“Simple and well-structured

Pros

I love how simple the system is to use. You can really shape it around what your company needs whether that's something more complex or very basic, it adapts either way.

Cons

Customer service can be hit or miss as some reps are very helpful but others don't seem to know the software very well which makes getting help a bit tricky for us at times.

Pros

It cuts down on manual work and offers lots of helpful reports. Plus I really like how you can customize the task system to match how you want to use it.

No issues to report as I am completely satisfied so far.

Pros

PCIS Gold platform is very easy to navigate and the team is always friendly and ready to help with whatever we need.

Cons

The reporting tools are not the easiest to use. You either need to be skilled with Crystal Reports or rely on PCIS to create the reports for you. Overall I would say it is not the most user-friendly part of the system.
