Incomplete program

Pros

The customer support was nice but there was no point in that when they did not have the answers to our problems.

Cons

Phoenix did not have a lot of functionality, especially when filling out reports. We could not enter information in the physical examination patient report if we were looking at more than one part of the body.

Great for doctors, nurses and front staff

Pros

It is a software that can be used by the entire hospital staff. They have a drag and drop feature which saves so much time. I love how clean the interface and it is so easy to locate the feature you want and navigate within the program.

Cons

There is a learning curve and it does require a few hours of training before you become proficient. Also, the fax link does not always work and that is not ideal for a medical practice like ours.

So many wonderful features!

Pros

Phoenix has so many built-in features which require little or no modifications. We were able to tailor some of the aspects according to our custom needs and use the software right away.

Cons

We had trouble changing the paperwork according to our requirements. There is also little or no technical support from the company which is frustrating. The patient portal also needs improvement.

We are pretty happy with this purchase.

Pros

It has a lot of good features. We find that we do not need to customize this as it is already easy to use.

Pros

There is plenty of features you get in this tool. There is a ton of features incorporated with the product that doesnt expect us to make changes to it. Also, a significant number of features can be altered to our particular needs.

Cons

Getting response for help or an issue is practically impossible. The patient portal is additionally very hard to use. It would be better if the desk work was all the more effortlessly changed to accommodate our particular needs.

Phoenix review

Pros

They have a ton of cool features, for example, drag and dropping which works incredible for a bustling timetable. Ortho office neighborly, front office staff friendly. Efficient and simple to explore to discover things for patients.

Cons

It is somewhat hard to make sense of things initially and have had a few issues at the rate of two times every week with some technical troubles. The fax system is not set up well.

Good for our practice

Pros

The scheduling OPS in the system is incredible. Also, scanning is extremely simple. The record documenting can be altered and subsequently is well disposed of. Phoenix works well for us.

Cons

The clinical side can be bulky. The clicking of buttons isnt simple for our providers, thus we use dictation into the appropriate field. The MAs have more work to do. There are a couple of things that could be digitalized to improve the product.
