Great interface and design

Pros

PhoenixGo feels like it was designed with Orthopedic practices in mind, which is a huge plus. Everything about it is user-friendly and visually pleasing, from the dashboard layout to the navigation between modules. It's clear and specific, focusing on the needs of Orthopedics rather than trying to be an all-in-one solution for every specialty. I've used more generalized EMRs before, and while they have their perks, they often feel clunky and overly complex for our needs. PhoenixGo, on the other hand, has a specialized approach that feels more efficient and user-friendly. It's like comparing a Swiss Army knife to a precision tool, the latter is sleek, focused, and so much easier to use.

Cons

I find the pop-ups annoying at times but they are important for comprehensive care and meeting criteria.

User-friendly and affordable!

Pros

We are really impressed by their customer support. whenever we have any problem, we report it to the team and they make sure to fix it asap.

Cons

The system can seem a little clunky at times. There are a few things that can be controlled by admin and a few that they cannot control which do not align sometime.

Works for mid-sized companies like us

Pros

It is easy to use for ortho specific doctors because it is so well-designed for them. Training anyone new to it is also not a big deal because its really simple. Lastly, their customer support is top-notch.

Cons

Not an ""all-in-on"" solution for PM and EMR No option to have patients do their own HPI (but I believe this is coming in the near future).

Really makes my work easier

Pros

I love how PhoenixGo allows each provider to have a personalized experience with the system. It's designed to be user-friendly, but impressive part is how each provider can essentially have their own tailored EHR, built exactly the way they want it. This flexibility is invaluable in our Ortho practice, where each specialist has unique preferences and documentation needs. PhoenixGo's Orthopedic focus makes it so much easier to implement changes that are relevant across the board for us, rather than having to work around features designed for other specialties. It feels like the software truly understands and adapts to our field.

Cons

E-prescription is a bit of a problem for me. The process is not very smooth. It takes too many steps to get an appropriate, current medication list in the chart for a patient.

It never disappoints!

Pros

One of the best aspects of PhoenixGo is that it comes equipped with a lot of features right out of the box, which means we don't have to spend extra time or resources on modifications. At the same time, many of its features can be tailored to meet our specific needs, which is incredibly helpful for our practice. For example, we can customize templates and workflows to align with our standard procedures, saving us time on routine tasks. Having a platform that's both ready-to-use and customizable is ideal, allowing us to focus on patient care without compromising on flexibility.

Cons

Its going well so far and we have nothing negative to report.

Covers everything I need

Pros

We like Phoenix Ortho EHR Software because all the features are useful. We have a large practice which can be a little challenging to manage because of the number of medical staff members and patients. But this system takes care of everything really well and streamlines the management.

Cons

The reports do not print unless I click on them a few times but its not that big of a deal. Overall, it is an amazing software.

Helps our practice in many ways

Pros

I love this as it is great for our practice. My favorite feature is the scheduling OPS. Some other important features include scanning along with document filing. It is pretty user-friendly and has a lot of customizing options.

Cons

The clinical side involves a lot of button clicks and takes a lot of time. I think there are some features which should be automated in order to improve work efficiency and save time.

Pros

I had a good experience with this software. it is highly user friendly and has many features that are super helpful. It requires little to no modification and also can be customized according to the personal demands of the client.
