Pros

Everything is intuitive, visually simple and so Orthopedic focused. Not meant for every specialty and that is a good thing. Swiss Army knives are great but definitely not sleek or easy to use!

Cons

Pop ups but pop ups are good for comprehensive care and meeting criteria.

Easy to Use and Cost Effective
Pros

The support is unbelievable. If you have any issues/problems, support is quick to respond. 

Cons

The system can seem a little clunky at times. There are certain things administrators can and can't do that don't seem to align.

Great system for mid-sized orthopedics companies

Ortho specific Physicians find it easy to use Training new employees is simple Support is solid

Cons

Not an ""all-in-on"" solution for PM and EMR No option to have patients do their own HPI (but I believe this is coming in the near future)

Phoenix Ortho
Pros

It is very user friendly and specific to each provider.  This allows each one of them to, in essence, have their own EHR, built the way they want it. Being Ortho specific makes it easier to make changes that will make sense for all of their customers.

Cons

E-prescribing process does not flow well.  It takes many steps to get an appropriate, current medication list in the chart for a patient.

Pros

There is a lot of functionality built into the program that we dont have to modify. Many of the features can also be tailored to our unique requirements and that really helpful.

We like Phoenix Ortho EHR Software because all the features are useful and have made us able to manage our large practice with all its medical staff members and patients.

Cons

The reports do not print unless you click on them a few times but its not that big a deal. Overall, it is amazing software.

Customisation is Easy!
Pros

I like that there are numerous features available that makes customisation with Phoneix super easy and efficient.

Cons

My Phoenix software freezes if I search in electronic medical records to a patients chart while also transferring a phone call

Pros

Overall, we are very happy with this software. Its relatively easier to operate and gets the job done faster. It has a lot of inbuilt features that can be customized according to every patient.

Cons

The support team is not as responsive as I would like them to be but other than this we are very satisfied with our purchase.

It works!
Pros

I love this as it is great for our practice. My favorite feature is the scheduling OPS. Moreover, scanning is super easy with this software as well as document filing. It is pretty user-friendly and has a lot of customizing options.

Cons

The clinical side involves a lot of button clicks and hence it is tedious. There are some features which could be made automated in order to improve work efficiency and save time.

Pros

The software offers so many inbuilt features that are all so useful and efficient for day to day use. I personally love their drag and drop feature that comes in handy for busy timetables. Overall, Its a great software that I will recommend.

Pros

This software is perfectly suited for medical orthopaedic practice as it allows easy customisation according to each patient. Its easy to use and can be handled easily by all staff members, its features are well organised and easy to navigate through.

Cons

It was a little difficult to figure things out at first but once you get the hang of it, theres no better software than this.

Pros

Phoenix is a software that is user friendly and has many features that are super helpful. It requires little to no modification and also can be customised according to the personal demands of the client.

Cons

The patients portal needs a bit improvement and so do their customer support which makes the software less efficient and more time consuming but overall, its a good software to use.

Pros

The customer support was nice but there was no point in that when they did not have the answers to our problems.

Cons

Phoenix did not have a lot of functionality, especially when filling out reports. We could not enter information in the physical examination patient report if we were looking at more than one part of the body.

Great for doctors, nurses and front staff
Pros

It is a software that can be used by the entire hospital staff. They have a drag and drop feature which saves so much time. I love how clean the interface and it is so easy to locate the feature you want and navigate within the program.

Cons

There is a learning curve and it does require a few hours of training before you become proficient. Also, the fax link does not always work and that is not ideal for a medical practice like ours.

So many wonderful features!
Pros

Phoenix has so many built-in features which require little or no modifications. We were able to tailor some of the aspects according to our custom needs and use the software right away.

Cons

We had trouble changing the paperwork according to our requirements. There is also little or no technical support from the company which is frustrating. The patient portal also needs improvement.

There is plenty of features you get in this tool. There is a ton of features incorporated with the product that doesnt expect us to make changes to it. Also, a significant number of features can be altered to our particular needs.

Cons

Getting response for help or an issue is practically impossible. The patient portal is additionally very hard to use. It would be better if the desk work was all the more effortlessly changed to accommodate our particular needs.

Pros

They have a ton of cool features, for example, drag and dropping which works incredible for a bustling timetable. Ortho office neighborly, front office staff friendly. Efficient and simple to explore to discover things for patients.

Cons

It is somewhat hard to make sense of things initially and have had a few issues at the rate of two times every week with some technical troubles. The fax system is not set up well.

Good for our practice
Pros

The scheduling OPS in the system is incredible. Also, scanning is extremely simple. The record documenting can be altered and subsequently is well disposed of. Phoenix works well for us.

Cons

The clinical side can be bulky. The clicking of buttons isnt simple for our providers, thus we use dictation into the appropriate field. The MAs have more work to do. There are a couple of things that could be digitalized to improve the product.
